Accessibility statement
KeepAir is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We built it so that every visitor can use it on equal terms, independently and comfortably.
Accessibility level
- This website was made accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 (Part 1), which is based on WCAG 2.0, at level AA.
- Accessibility is built into the site's own code, not added with an external overlay.
What we did
- Semantic structure and a clear heading hierarchy, so screen readers can identify each part of the page.
- Full keyboard navigation, a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Color contrast at level AA. Color is never the only way information is shown.
- Text alternatives for images and product screenshots, and a text description of charts.
- Labels on every form field, clear error messages and autocomplete for personal details.
- Responsive layout for phone, tablet and desktop, and text zoom up to 200% without losing content.
- Respect for the device's "reduce motion" setting, and a pause button for the moving vendor strip.
- Language and direction set on every page (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), with English passages marked as English.
Accessibility menu
- Every page has an accessibility button in the corner of the screen. Use it to turn on larger text, high contrast, stopped animations, highlighted links and a readable font. Your choices are saved in your browser.
Supported browsers and assistive technology
- The site was checked in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile.
- It supports common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
Parts that are not fully accessible
- LinkedIn articles and Google Maps are external sites. Their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators.
- The product demo environment is a separate system. If anything in the demo is hard to use, contact our accessibility coordinator and we will show you the product another way, for example in a guided call.
- If you find something that is not accessible, please tell us and we will fix it.
Physical accessibility and service
- KeepAir's offices do not receive the public. Customer meetings take place by video call or at an accessible location on request.
- Any information or service on this site is also available by email or phone through our accessibility coordinator.
